Vaento is an intimate jazz duo featuring vocalist Lena-Larissa Senge and guitarist Álvaro Severino. Their repertoire moves between jazz standards, Bossa Nova, Brazilian music and selected contemporary jazz compositions, reimagined through modern arrangements, improvisation and a strong musical dialogue between voice and guitar.

Rather than simply reproducing familiar songs, Vaento creates space for each piece to develop differently in performance. Subtle live loops, spontaneous interaction and dynamic arrangements expand the sound of the duo while preserving the intimacy and transparency of the acoustic setting.

Lena-Larissa Senge brings an expressive and highly nuanced vocal approach shaped by her work in contemporary jazz, while Álvaro Severino combines harmonic detail, rhythmic flexibility and an improvisational approach to accompaniment. Together they create a sound that can be lyrical and delicate, playful and rhythmically driven, or completely open in the moment.
